FABERRY!

I just…I can’t get over it. I can’t.

This scene was everything it needed to be and everything we could ever want of canon Faberry. They’re friends. Really truly friends, and Rachel trusts her enough to ask her for advice before anyone else. And Quinn…she nailed it. Everything she said was exactly what we we’re all thinking and everything that needed to be said.

AND THEY HUGGED. THEY. HUGGED. AND RACHEL DIDN’T EVEN WARN HER SHE JUST WENT FOR IT. The girl used to publicly torment her and SHE JUST WENT FOR IT. That’s how far their relationship has gone.

AND QUINN IS GOING TO YAAAAALE!! The girl who cried more than she cracked a smile in three seasons is going to the school of her dreams and leaving all the bullshit she’s gone through behind. She’s getting OUT of there. Just last year she resigned herself to living in Lima forever and now she’s going to YALE. No I haven’t stopped crying yet :’)

Not only did she tell Rachel she needs to leave Finn behind to pursue her career, a career Quinn believes Rachel can achieve more than anyone, but she respected their relationship. She wasn’t nasty about it, or rude like she could have been 2 seasons ago, she was respectful but real. AND GOD BLESS YOU QUINN FABRAY YOU LITTLE FEMINIST YOU. She’s right, woman don’t have to know who they’re going to marry in their 20’s and certainly not their teens.

There’s a moment when Quinn gets frustrated with Rachel that’s she’s not hearing her out and she has to stop and take a breath. The last time she had a moment like that was the piano scene, except she didn’t stop to compose herself. She went for the jugular, but that’s the difference between Faberry then and now. They care about not hurting each other and god blESS THEY’RE REALLY FRIENDS. IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED.

Now. If only Rachel would start listening to Quinn’s advice like she listens to Rachel’s then she wouldn’t have the problem she’s currently having with a certain jolly green giant.
